Holmdel is a rural suburban community of rolling green pastures and farms interspersed with custom estates and upscale developments. Our Holmdel Office is one of the most centrally located of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® offices in New Jersey and services all of Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex Counties, as well as the surrounding areas throughout New Jersey. The office is a member of the Monmouth Ocean Regional Multiple Listing Service, as well as the Central Jersey and Garden State Multiple Listing Services. Our agent staff has a vast knowledge of the State of New Jersey and the local areas. The Holmdel Regional Office is located at 963 Holmdel Road in Holmdel, with an additional satellite location in Bell Works. Bell Works is the reimagination of the historic former Bell Labs building in Holmdel. Dubbed, the "MetroBurb" - Bell Works is a one-of-a-kind destination for businesses and culture, complete with a blossoming ecosystem of technology, traditional offies, retail, dining, hospitatlity and much more!
